CTOnews.com October 15 news, CTOnews.com learned from Tesla official WeChat that Tesla's new Model Y has been delivered in China.

On October 1, Tesla China announced the re-evolution of Model Y cars, with improved performance but unchanged price, starting from 263900 yuan for Model Y rear wheel drive version, 299900 yuan for Model Y long-range version and 349900 yuan for Model Y high-performance version.

According to Tesla's official introduction, Model Y has added multi-color atmosphere lights to the interior and selected highly textured technical textile materials in the dashboard; the 19-inch Gemini star hub has been updated in appearance; and the 100-kilometer acceleration capability of the rear wheel drive version has increased by 1 second to 5.9 seconds compared with previous models. Tesla official said that the evolved Model Y is only aimed at the Chinese mainland market at this stage.

CTOnews.com noted that the sales data released by the passenger Association showed that Tesla Shanghai Super Factory delivered more than 74000 vehicles in September and firmly ranked first in luxury brand delivery, of which Tesla Model Y delivered 53249 vehicles, ranking first in luxury brand model sales.
