In terms of PC DRAM, as the average price of DDR5 has risen in the third quarter, it is expected that the stock of new CPU models will continue to drive up the demand for DDR5.

Jibang Consulting estimates that DDR4 prices will increase by 0~5% month-on-month in the fourth quarter of this year;DDR5 prices will increase by about 3~8% month-on-month, and PC DRAM contract prices will increase by 3~8% month-on-month.

In terms of server DRAM, since the proportion of DDR5 buyers 'inventory has increased from 20% in the second quarter to 30~35%, but the actual Server utilization rate in the third quarter is only 15%, it can be seen that the market adoption demand is not as fast as expected.

Server DDR4 average price in the fourth quarter is expected to be flat, while Server DDR5 is expected to continue to fall, with the increase in DDR5 shipment proportion, plus the spread between DDR4 and DDR5 of about 50~60%, will still lift the average retail price of integrated products (Blended ASP), so the contract price of Server DRAM in the fourth quarter is expected to increase by 3~8% month-on-month.

In terms of mobile DRAM, the estimated contract price of LPDDR4X or old-process products with more original inventory at present will increase by about 3~8% month-on-month; LPDDR5 (X) is slightly tight in supply, and the estimated contract price will increase by 5~10% month-on-month.
