Following the introduction of the full-time self-driving commercial vehicle Q-Truck ®on the 2022 Tech G, Nisai Technology brought a new forward self-developed product in Tech G this year: E-Truck Intelligent Network combined with New Energy heavy truck. This is an intelligent commercial vehicle product tailored for customers who are in the process of new energy and low-carbon transformation of container logistics nodes, which pertinently solves the pain point problem of customers'"traditional transition to green and low-carbon". Can be in the sea, land and air railways, factories and other closed scenes and semi-open roads to complete the transport work.

E-Truck is the first "nurturance system" new energy truck of West well technology. it not only meets the needs of traditional vehicles upgrading to electrification, but also continues the "modular" design of the Qomolo ®family. It adopts the same line-controlled chassis design as other self-driving vehicles, which improves the subsequent scalable flexibility and reserves more upgradable potential for the future. At the same time, it strengthens the stability and generalization of the platform, and reduces the cost of platform development and maintenance. Achieve large-scale and rapid deployment.

According to the needs of users, the original E-Truck vehicle can be quickly upgraded to self-driving by adding sensor module and OTA remote online upgrade, and the flexible switching between manned driving and self-driving can be realized.

In terms of power, the E-Truck is equipped with 282kwh's super-large capacity battery, which can release 400 horses of surging power, the maximum traction force can reach 75 tons, and can drive smoothly at a slope of 10%, and the full battery mileage can reach 150km. E-Truck also innovatively adopts the "separation of vehicle and electricity" design, which supports power exchange and fast charging mode. With the support of PowerOnair ®smart energy service developed by Nishii, the vehicle needs only 1.5 hours to complete efficient and fast charging, or 5 minutes to complete power replacement and energy replenishment, breaking through the limitations of efficiency and scene to achieve green "cost reduction".

The innovation of intelligent technology has brought unprecedented value changes to customers. In December 2022, Nisai Technology E-Truck arrived at Terminal D in Linchaban Port, Thailand and participated in the operation. With its good driving experience, excellent economic and energy-saving effect and efficient transportation efficiency, E-Truck has won the praise of customers and terminal drivers. Local dock drivers said that compared with the fuel vehicles they had driven before, the E-Truck had higher driving comfort and no engine jitter, noise and exhaust emissions.

E-Truck is equipped with human-computer interaction HMI (Human Machine Interface) intelligent cockpit, at the same time automatic saddle lifting + automatic hanging, accurate realization of one-button delivery of vehicles and goods, and practical logistics efficiency. Compared with the cab of traditional diesel cars, driving is quieter, more comfortable and smoother.

In addition, the dynamic response of E-Truck is rapid, the maintenance content and frequency are reduced, and the integrated energy replenishment mode of charging and recharging is more suitable for the working rhythm of 24-hour operation of the wharf. These innovations effectively reduce the driving intensity of drivers and the vehicle cost of customers, and directly improve the efficiency of transportation operations.

At Terminal D in Linchaban, Thailand, from 2020 to the present, Nisai Technology has also provided Hutchison Thai users with two unmanned card fleets composed of Q-Truck, a full-time self-driving intelligent commercial vehicle, to help users create the world's first "self-driving and manned" mixed operation project. This is not only the only normal operation scene of self-driving cards without security personnel, but also the first self-driving card project in the world to support users to "operate independently".
