CTOnews.com October 13, Emirates recently issued a press release to improve and simplify on-board passenger services and enhance the overall crew experience, launching a new strategy called "One Device" that plans to provide customized iPhone 13 or iPad Air for all 20000 flight attendants.

Image source: Emirates has invested more than 3200 million dirhams (CTOnews.com Note: currently about 63.68 million yuan) in the project and began to transition to Apple devices a year ago. There are currently more than 7000 flight attendants and iPhone is used on more than 450 flights every day, and another 5000 flight attendants will receive iPhone or iPad in the coming months.

The Emirates internal service delivery and IT team conducted extensive user research activities with the crew, and then designed and built a series of locally customized applications to improve the crew's user experience and ensure that passengers get the expected world-class service experience.

Feedback so far shows that Apple products make crew feel better prepared at work and enable them to provide highly personalized service to passengers.
