Thanks to CTOnews.com netizens Alejandro86 and Wu Yanzu in South China for their clue delivery! CTOnews.com, October 13 (Xinhua)-- Google has announced that starting from Thursday, Google's "Search Generative Experience" (SGE) will allow users to create images directly based on text prompts.

▲ source Google official website CTOnews.com learned from Google officials that sometimes users will be looking for a specific image, but can not find exactly what they want. To that end, starting today (Thursday, local time), Google will launch the creation of images using an artificial intelligence-driven generated search experience (SGE). For example, if a user wants to make a card for a friend who likes to cook and his favorite animal is the capybara, you can use this feature to search for something like "draw a picture of a capybara in a chef's hat and cooking breakfast." SGE will provide up to four generated images in the results. Users can further edit the description based on the search results and add more details to make their vision a reality.

Google has also launched a feature called "about this Image" in SGE, which will help people easily assess the background and credibility of the image. For example, it may show users when Google first saw a similar version of this image, or other pages on the web that use similar images, including news or fact-checking sites.

In addition, Google has introduced written drafts into SGE. Users can use this feature to shorten drafts or change their tone to more casual. When users are ready to add personal style, they can easily export drafts to Google Docs or Gmail.

The above new AI features have now been added to Google's search lab program, and users can register and apply for experience through Google Apps or Chrome clients.
