According to reports, ML305M is based on the development of CM8610 technology. CM8610 is the first LTE Cat.1bis communication chip based on 64-bit RISC-V core in China, using 22nm process, with high integration and peripheral minimalist BOM design, edrx standby current reaches 0.74mA, minimum reception sensitivity reaches-101dBm, and supports VoLTE.

OneMO said that ML305M has rich external interfaces and high compatibility, supports accurate temperature control, base station location, open customization and other functions, and can be widely used in asset tracking, intelligent security, intelligent meter reading, supply chain management and other application scenarios.
