In order to implement the national strategy of "counting the east and counting the west", China Mobile creatively put forward a new concept of computing network. Over the past two years, the comprehensive promotion of computing networks from conceptual prototypes to industrial practice has become the direction of national strategic emerging industries. Aiming at the computing network brain, the intelligent center of the computing network, China Mobile continues to strengthen the joint efforts of computing, networking, and intelligence. Through the unremitting efforts of more than 100 technical research and development personnel for more than 800 days and nights, China Mobile has made a breakthrough. First, to realize the change of supply paradigm. In order to solve the problem of global real-time perception, China Mobile relies on diversified probes and data engines to fully perceive the survivability, computing power, transport power and capabilities related to mobile cloud to build a unified computing network map. The second is to realize the change of operation paradigm, aiming at the problem of unified resource scheduling, China Mobile builds an ultra-high-performance scheduler to achieve accurate scheduling based on energy consumption, capacity, cost and other factors, and the automatic scheduling bandwidth exceeds 200 Tbps; the third is to realize the change of service paradigm, aiming at the problem of integrated service delivery, providing low-code service delivery model and building end-to-end full-stack computing network security.

At present, the computer network brain has fully supported the commercial trial of all provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) across the country, and has brought about three-minute changes. First, the minute-level presentation, computing power, survival capacity, transport capacity and capacity presents a minute-level granularity panoramic view, including not only its own national 31 provincial computing power, but also social computing power. Second, the minute-level resource scheduling, the computing network brain realizes the minute-level opening, billing and expansion of resources, innovative data express delivery and other task-based services, currently dispatching the eastern and western resources nearly 10 million times per minute. At present, the Computing Network brain has supported 115 kinds of computing network services, such as Eastern and Western Computing, Smart Computing, data Express, etc., and has been applied in the fields of large-scale data disaster recovery storage, film and television rendering, astronomy, medical research and development, and so on. In the future, it will manage more resources, support richer services, and upgrade to Computing Network Intelligence.
