CTOnews.com, Oct. 11, ZTE unveiled the industry's first "Zhiyu" SMS anti-fraud management system based on a large model at the 2023 China Mobile Global partner Conference held in Guangzhou.

ZTE said that telecom network fraud is a serious threat to the personal and property safety of the public. The content and form of fraud is constantly changing, the traditional governance scheme is unable to deal with flexibly, and the efficiency of interception is low. In order to create a good social environment, there is an urgent need to strengthen anti-fraud governance. ZTE Corporation and Shanghai Mobile carry out innovative exploration research and application practice. Under the premise of obtaining customer authorization, ZTE Corporation effectively improves the recognition accuracy, interception rate and recall rate of fraudulent messages by constructing an integrated scheme with anti-fraud model as the core, generalized feature neural network and SNS social feature analysis as coordination, and managing from the root dimensions such as intention and semantics of fraudulent messages.

ZTE said that since the launch of the system, the number of overseas fraud-related cases has decreased significantly, contributing to reducing people's property losses and maintaining social harmony.
