Copilot in Windows now displays a new icon on the taskbar.

[Windows Spotlight]

We are trying to enable Windows Spotlight on desktop by default as the default background for users who use the built-in default desktop background after the upgrade. We will first experiment with this experience in part of the Insiders.

Repair [File Explorer]

Fixed some issues that affected the stability of file explorer.

Fixed an underlying problem that caused the file explorer window of OneDrive users to get stuck.

If there are many images in the gallery that need to be loaded, it now displays a load status instead of implying that the gallery is empty at load time.

Note: some of the fixes mentioned in the Insider Preview version of Dev Channel may go into service updates for the released version of Windows 11.

Some of the applications on the start menu, such as the PWA application installed through Microsoft Edge, may be incorrectly marked as system components.

[Copilot in Windows*]

Some Windows Insider in the development channels of the global market (using the Copilot in Windows* preview of Windows 11 Insider Preview Home Edition) may notice that the Copilot in Windows has disappeared from the taskbar. We are trying to solve this problem in future versions.

After starting the Copilot for the first time using voice access or refreshing the Copilot in Windows, you need to use the Show Grid command to click the ask me any questions box for the first time.
