CTOnews.com October 11, BMW today released gasoline and diesel versions of the X2 model, but also launched a new iX2 electric vehicle, which also has two pentagonal kidney grille, which is expected to be available on the global market in March 2024.

The first electric iX2 model on the market is xDrive30,2024, which will launch a second iX2 model in the middle of each year. XDrive30 adopts front and rear dual motor all-drive, equipped with 64.8kWh high-voltage battery pack.

The xDrive30 has a combined power rating of 313 horsepower (230kW), a torque of 364 pound-feet (494Newton-meters) and a range of 259mph (417km) to 279mph (449km).

The xDrive30 accelerates from 0 to 62 mph (0-100km / h) with an acceleration time of 5.6s and a top speed of 111mph (180km / h).

BMW says DC fast charging can be up to 130 kW, while standard in-car AC chargers can provide up to 11 kW of power for high-voltage batteries, charging them from zero to 100% in six and a half hours.

BMW also said it can choose a 22-kW three-phase AC charger to charge the battery in 3 hours and 45 minutes, from 10% to 80% as fast as 29 minutes.
