CTOnews.com October 11 news, Sony officially released the removable optical drive version of the PS5 game console in the early hours of this morning. The machine has been upgraded to 1TB internal storage and will be available in November.

According to IGN, a PlayStation spokesman said by email that there was "no change" in the new model in terms of storage expansion, which means players can still manually remove the cover and install the additional SSD themselves.

Previous versions of PS5 were equipped with 825GB internal storage space, of which only 667GB was available. The new version has been upgraded to 1TB, which makes it easier for players to place more games. However, for the current hundreds of GB of 3A masterpiece, 1TB also can not play a few games.
