CTOnews.com, October 10 (Xinhua)-- Samsung Electronics announced the extension of an one-year commercial warranty for Galaxy enterprise devices (smartphones and tablets) launched in 2023, a move aimed at strengthening its commitment to corporate customers to protect their key technology investments.

CTOnews.com has learned from officials that all Galaxy Enterprise Professional products launched in 2023 will have an one-year extended commercial warranty, compared with two years before. The extended commercial warranty applies to smartphones launched in 2023, namely Galaxy Z Fold5, Z Flip5, S23 Ultra, S23, A54 and A34, and Tab S9 FE tablets.

It is understood that Galaxy Enterprise Edition is a series of products and services designed to meet the needs of professionals, including a series of smartphones and tablets that combine performance, security and simplified management.

Higher security: up to 5 years of security updates protect enterprises from malicious threats and operations.

Higher continuity: the equipment is available for 2 years and now offers a 3-year commercial warranty.

More permissions: enterprise Edition provides one-year Knox Suite access and provides the tools needed to protect, deploy, manage, and analyze devices throughout their lifecycle.
