Overview of schemes and products

SDAF-8606 distributed spacer unit is a part of distributed DTU, which is embedded in the secondary room panel of switchgear to complete the functions of fault detection and isolation, such as three remote control, line loss acquisition, short circuit and single-phase ground fault detection and isolation.

The unit is designed according to the relevant technical standards and specifications of the country and the company, and meets the requirements of the technical specifications for the primary and secondary integration of distribution automation terminals in the ring network cabinet. Adopt a small structure design that is easy to install, and meet the requirements of batch manufacturing and batch inspection at the same time. Adapt to each installation environment and support the reliable operation of distribution automation system.

1.1 Product Features

The  unit is compact, plug-and-play, sturdy and durable, and is convenient for mass production and batch testing.

 adopts modular, scalable, low power consumption and maintenance-free design standards, adapts to complex operating environment, and has high reliability and stability.

 has the functions of analog quantity and state quantity of acquisition switch and the switching function of control switch, as well as the remote transmission and remote control function of measurement data and state data.

 has the functions of electric energy collection and data freezing.

 has the function of interphase fault detection and tripping between feeder intervals and the function of uploading interphase fault information.

 has the functions of ground fault detection and ground fault information upload of ring in and out unit, ground fault recording and communication upload.

 has the function of fault recording, supports the cyclic storage of 64 recording data, and supports uploading to the master station

 has the function of anti-shaking of remote signal, the time of anti-jitter can be set, and the remote signal shift information of time mark can be uploaded.

 has the function of dual-position remote signal processing, which supports remote signal transposition priority transmission.

The  terminal adopts military grade aviation connector and the primary switch is connected by insulated cable, which has the advantages of standardized interface definition, flexible adaptation and convenient replacement.

 has obvious local status indication signals such as line failure, terminal status and communication status.

 all uses industrial-grade components, all connections with the outside world have achieved full electrical isolation, and built-in lightning protection circuit and power filter, professional EMC design.

 software adopts embedded real-time operating system (Ucos-II) platform, modular system structure, stable and reliable performance, easy to add functions and upgrade.

 has the function of cyclic storage of historical data, so that the data is not lost after the power is lost, and remote access is supported.

 has RJ45 Ethernet communication interface to communicate with DTU common units in plug and play.
