October 9, 2023, Shanghai-Nanxin Micro announced the introduction of an ultra-low power magnetic switch / latch NSM105x series based on tunnel magnetoresistive (TMR), which provides a high-precision solution for digital position detection and can be widely used in industrial and consumer fields.

The new TMR switch / latch chip NSM105x series

The NSM105x product family includes three product models, namely, NSM1051 (unipolar switch), NSM1052 (all-pole switch) and NSM1053 (latch). By providing users with different optional switching points, working poles, output phase, sampling frequency, output interface, packaging and other key features, the NSM105x series can fully cover different system requirements in each application scenario. The NSM105x series adopts TO92S and SOT23-3 industry general package, which is compatible with the mainstream products in the market, supports punch welding and PCB watch stickers, and can directly replace the chip while keeping the structural design unchanged.

Operating voltage range: 1.8 to 5.5V

High sensitivity, Bop / Brp multi-grade optional

Optional sampling frequency: 5kHz, 2.5kHz, 1.25kHz, 156Hz

Very low power consumption: the power supply current of full-time power supply is as low as 1.5 μ A, and that of time-sharing power supply is as low as 200nA.

Magnetic field detection direction: parallel to the chip package surface

Optional magnetic field polarity: working in Antarctic or Arctic magnetic field

Output level option: high or low

Optional output interface: push-pull or collector open circuit

Working environment temperature:-40 ℃ ~ 125 ℃
