CTOnews.com J. P. Morgan's inventory tracker shows that the delivery time of the iPhone 15 series continues to shorten for two consecutive weeks, which may indicate weaker demand for the new machine.

CTOnews.com notes that the average global shipping time for iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus is currently 15 days each, down from 17 days in the third week. The iPhone 15 Pro stayed unchanged for 29 days, while the Pro Max dropped from 46 days to 35 days.

By comparison, the 2022 iPhone 14 series will ship in two, six, 33 and 40 days, respectively.

The report notes that the average delivery time for non-Pro models in 2023 is higher than for 2022 models, while the average delivery time for Pro models is lower, which may not be a good sign, especially given the two consecutive weeks of shortening.

The Global iPhone Inventory Tracker's lead times in days report says the shortened lead times "reinforce the likelihood that the longer lead times for high-end iPhone 15 models immediately after launch were driven by early order momentum and/or supply availability, which is now fading." It may also indicate that "the iPhone 15 series internal sales mix is weaker than before, with a higher percentage of sales being allocated to lower-end models." "

In terms of geography, shipping time for non-Pro models remained unchanged at 15 days in the U.S., rising to 29 days for Pro models from 28 days in the third week, and dropping to 36 days for Pro Max models from 54 days.

In China, shipping times for iPhone 15 and Plus models dropped to 14 and 15 days, respectively, from 21 days a week ago. Pro models remained unchanged at 29 days, while Pro Max models dropped from 43 days to 36 days.

In Europe, delivery times for German non-Pro models remained unchanged at 15 days, while Pro and Pro Max models dropped from 32 and 42 days in the third week to 30 and 37 days, respectively.

In the UK, the iPhone 15 and iPhone Plus remained unchanged for 15 days again, with Pro models dropping from 28 days in week three to 26 days and Pro Max models dropping from 44 days to 33 days.
