According to currently known information, the first batch of vivo X100 series only X100 and X100 Pro models, the first launch of Ke Tianji 9300 mobile processing platform, while the X100 Pro+ is scheduled to be released after the Spring Festival, equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 platform.

In addition, it is reported that MediaTek will launch Tianji 9300 in week 45 (October 30-November 5), which is two weeks later than Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3.

Earlier, MediaTek officially confirmed that the next generation of Tianji 9300 platform will adopt Arm's latest Cortex-X4 super-core and Cortex-A720 large core, and the new high-energy-efficient micro-architecture based on the same process can reduce power consumption by up to 40%.

According to the digital blogger @ digital chat station, its prototype frequency can reach 3.25GHz,CPU using 1*X4+3*X4+4*A720 design, GPU is Immortalis G720 MC12. CTOnews.com noted that this is the first time that MediaTek has adopted a full-core architecture, with four Cortex-X4 oversized cores, a 15% improvement in performance and a 40% reduction in power consumption compared to the X3.

In addition, @ digital chat station also revealed that Tianji 9300 ran higher than Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 in Anbunny V10, in which GPU lost its freshman year, while CPU was much higher. However, the blogger did not disclose the performance of Tianji 9300's energy consumption.

It is worth mentioning that Tianji 9300 is based on TSMC N4P process, which is further optimized by TSMC on the basis of 5nm. According to TSMC, the N4P process can improve performance by 11% compared to the original N5 process, or increase energy efficiency by 22% and transistor density by 6%, while performance can be improved by 6.6% compared to N4.
