According to reports, Klaus Zijola (born in Hamburg on December 13, 1961) was once the global design director of Volkswagen Group. 1989 officially joined Volkswagen as an interior designer, head of interior design for Volkswagen from 2000 to 2002, head of exterior design for Volkswagen from 2002 to 2007, global design director for Volkswagen from 2007 to 2019, and global design director for Volkswagen Group from 2020 to 2022. Mr. Klaus Zijola has more than 30 years of experience in automotive design and management, 3 years of working experience as the head of design in Volkswagen Group, and is in charge of the design of 12 Volkswagen brands, including Volkswagen, Audi, Porsche, etc. He has participated in and is responsible for the design of many Volkswagen global best-selling models and star models, and has personally designed the "four generations of Volkswagen Family Design Product Series". He is one of the world's famous designers. He has served as the jury of the German iF Product Design Award (iFIndustrieForumDesign) and the CDN character judge in 2022. He has rich experience in automobile design and global design team at the helm, has a forward-looking international vision, and is good at coordinating the overall management of group design.

It is reported that during his career, Mr. Clausciola designed a number of classic models, including golf designs, Passat designs, Beatles redesigns and Bugatti Veyron designs.
