CTOnews.com, Oct. 7 (Xinhua) this week, Musk's ex-girlfriend, Canadian singer Grimes, sued Musk for custody of their three children. But Mr Musk first quietly sued Grimes last month, according to court documents. Musk sued Grimes on Sept. 7 to establish a relationship and get close to his children, and accused Grimes of moving to California to evade the jurisdiction of a Texas court.

Musk said in the complaint that he believes the custody dispute will be resolved, but if not, he wants the Texas court to intervene. His case was sent to Grimes on September 13, and the latter subsequently filed a lawsuit against Musk on September 29. Grimes' lawsuit requires de facto guardianship of the children and includes a "standard restraining order" to prevent either parent from taking the child out of California.

Grimes, 35, and Musk, 52, fell in love in 2018 and dated on and off until they broke up in September 2021.

The Canadian artist gave birth to their first child, a boy named X Qing A-Xii, in May 2020, and quietly welcomed their daughter Exa Dark Sider æ l, aka Y, through surrogacy in December 2021.

In September, journalist Walter Isaacson's "Elon Musk" biography revealed that Musk and Grimes secretly had a third child, a boy named Techno Mechanicus, who they affectionately called Tau, but when Tau was born was unknown.

CTOnews.com noticed that a few weeks before Grimes filed the lawsuit, she had begged Musk on Twitter to let her see her son.
