At present, buyers and sellers in the industry are negotiating the contract price. Foreign media believe that the contract price of DRAM and NAND Flash will rise by 10%, 15% in the fourth quarter, and Samsung even plans to increase by 20%, but it remains to be seen how much the transaction price will be.
