CTOnews.com Apple announced today that it will hold a conference call on Thursday, November 2, 2023 Pacific Time (November 3, Beijing Time) to discuss its fourth quarter results and business updates this year.

The fiscal quarter runs from July 2 to September 30, including Apple's fall launch event, iPhone 15 series, Apple Watch Series 9, Apple Watch Ultra 2, AirPods Pro with USB-C charging case and other heavy new products.

It should be noted that this will be Apple's first earnings announcement after the fall event, when Apple CEO Tim Cook and Chief Financial Officer Luca Maestri will participate in the conference call, which is expected to disclose the market performance, supply and demand of new products.

▲ In Apple's third-quarter earnings report released in early August, Apple's total revenue was $81.79 billion (CTOnews.com Note: currently about 597.885 billion yuan), down 1% year-on-year, earnings per share was $1.26 (currently about 9.2106 yuan); profit for the quarter was $19.88 billion (currently about 145.323 billion yuan), up 5% year-on-year; gross margin was 44.5%, compared with 43.3% in the same period last year.

Cook said after the third quarter earnings report: Apple's service revenue hit an all-time high, boosted by more than 1 billion paid subscribers, while iPhone sales in emerging markets continued to be strong, further boosting iPhone expansion.
