CTOnews.com October 4 news, Tianfeng International analyst Guo Mingyi survey pointed out that considering the significant improvement in CoWoS and HBM supply in the fourth quarter and conducive to future production visibility, Nvidia is discussing with Wizuang Capital to increase AI substrate orders in the first quarter of next year.

As a result, substrate orders are expected to increase significantly by about 60% in the first quarter of 2024. If there is insufficient capacity, some of the orders will be transferred to the second quarter of next year.

Benefiting from new orders, shipments of Nvidia's AI chip substrates are expected to hit a record high in the fourth quarter of this year and will continue to grow by 10-20% in the first quarter of next year. Wistron is expected to win some module orders for the B100.
