Their leaked text message last week said they planned to "hurt us for months" and cause "repeated reputational damage and operational chaos".

Obviously, Shawn Fain wants to make history for himself, but that doesn't hurt the team members we represent and the industry as a whole. Serious bargaining takes place at the negotiating table, not in public, and both sides are willing to roll up their sleeves to reach an agreement.
