"

CTOnews.com learned from X that designers still consider haste to be better than direct damage, tweaking it in S14 preseason because items like Bloodthirsty Tomahawk and Twilight Blade don't inherently offer 35-45 haste.

For Assassins, the designer wanted to find something that Assassin players liked, not to reduce CD or damage, but to diversify output (that's why Assassins bought Shadowblade).

It is worth mentioning that the fist designer publicly revealed in an interview that the server will not be integrated at present, but in order to optimize the player experience, a cross-regional matching mechanism will be launched in the future.
