According to reports, the European Commission has been using informal means to collect opinions on "potential abuse of market dominance in the GPU field" to understand whether it is necessary to intervene in the future. According to sources, the French authorities launched a similar investigation and interviewed market participants on Nvidia's key role in the AI chip field, price policy and the impact of chip shortages on prices.
