RTX 5000 Ada uses AD102 GPU, has a 12800 CUDA core, acceleration frequency 2.6GHz, single-precision performance 65.3TFLOPs, equipped with 32GB 256bit GDDR6 video memory, 250W TDP.

According to reports, the performance of the RTX 5000 Ada is three times higher than that of the RTX A5500. Compared with the previous generation, the third-generation RT core has twice the throughput of ray tracing and can be raytraced, shaded or denoised at the same time. Compared with the previous generation, the fourth generation tensor core improves the training performance of AI by two times and supports FP8 data format. DLSS 3 brings more realism and interaction to real-time graphics with the help of AI.
