According to reports, the AMD Zen5 architecture will be launched in the first half of 2024, code-named Nirvana, using 4nm / 3nm technology, and the corresponding consumer product is Ruilong 8000 series processors. As shown in the figure above, Zen5's IPC will grow by 10 to 15 per cent. In addition, the new architecture brings a 16-core design of CCX, which may correspond to the Zen5c efficiency core.

The Zen6 architecture, codenamed Morpheus, is expected to be launched in the second half of 2025, using 3nm and 2nm processes to upgrade IPC to 10 per cent. The new architecture brings a 32-core CCX core design, which should correspond to the Zen6c efficiency core. In addition, the revelation claims that the Zen6 architecture uses a new packaging technology to stack CCD on top of IOD.

According to previous reports from IT House, AMD is expected to launch a new generation of mobile processors code-named "Strix Point" early next year, using Zen5 architecture and 4nm technology, 45W TDP,FP8 encapsulation, P core with 4 cores with 8 threads and E core with 8 cores and 16 threads. The core display processor is 1024, or 16CU, which is 4 CU more than the core display of R7 7840HS.
