"CS2" supports NVIDIA Reflex, which eliminates stutters by optimizing rendering pipelines on CPU and GPU to reduce latency and synchronizing rendering pipelines. Reflex is most effective when the system is limited by GPU (or when the GPU utilization is high) because it prevents CPU from getting ahead of GPU, otherwise the delay caused by the accumulation in the rendering queue increases. RTX 4060 can achieve latency as low as 15ms, while RTX 4090 can achieve as low as 5ms.
