CTOnews.com Sept. 28, OpenAI announced on its X account today that ChatGPT can now browse the Internet, supported by Microsoft Bing and provide direct source links, and ChatGPT is no longer limited to data prior to September 2021.

OpenAI officials say ChatGPT browsing the latest Internet information is particularly useful for tasks that need up-to-date information, such as helping users with technical research, trying to buy goods or choosing holiday plans.

Starting today, Plus and Enterprise subscribers will be able to use this feature, and OpenAI promises to expand to all users soon. To enable this feature, you need to select "Browse with Bing" in the selector under GPT-4.

As previously reported by CTOnews.com, ChatGPT also added two important new features today: voice input and image input.
