According to Dolby official introduction, Pentonic 700 smart TV chip is equipped with AI engine, and supports AI image quality enhancement, Dolby Vision IQ with Precision Detail, 4K 120Hz motion compensation technology (MEMC), 4K 120Hz timing controller (TCON) and game optimization and other advanced technologies. In addition, thanks to MediaTek Filogic Wi-Fi 6/6E / 7 wireless connection technology, large-screen smart TVs can connect stably with low latency and play 4K video content more smoothly.

▲ According to MediaTek, its wireless multi-channel audio technology supports Wi-Fi Direct, Easy Pairing and other functions of audio and smart TV, solving the pain points of users using traditional audio and realizing "one-button" pairing between wireless audio and smart TV.

In addition, the chip, with the help of ultra-low wireless latency technology, is said to be able to accurately synchronize time and compensate sound transmission below 150us between smart TV and wireless audio.

According to CTOnews.com, Dolby said FlexConnect technology can "intelligently optimize sound" based on the layout of the room and the location of speakers, which will allow users to get rid of the sound restrictions of room size, furniture positioning or power outlet location.

FlexConnect will allow speakers to be placed anywhere in the room and calibrate each speaker to TV sound, creating a unique Dolby Atmos custom profile for each user's home.
