According to CTOnews.com query, JD-2 is a main engine independently developed by Interstellar Glory for medium and large reusable liquid launch vehicle hyperbolic 3 (code name SQX-3).

The engine has a sea-level thrust of 85 tons, a vacuum thrust of 105 tons, a thrust adjustment range of 35% Mel 110%, a thrust-to-mass ratio of more than 100, and adopts technologies such as torch ignition, 3D printing, all-electric valves and intelligent fault diagnosis. It is a liquid oxygen methane engine specially designed for multi-machine parallel reuse rockets. It is also by far the largest thrust and technologically advanced liquid oxygen methane rocket engine successfully completed the test run in China.
