CTOnews.com, September 27 (Xinhua) Logitech recently launched a foldable Playseat Challenge X racing chair that allows you to experience the feel of a simulated racing cockpit without some of the disadvantages of a traditional racing cockpit.

The racing chair is very light (11.6 kilograms) and can be folded when not in use, unlike the traditional racing cockpit that takes up space all the time. In addition, the racing chair can be folded with the steering wheel and pedals connected, further increasing flexibility.

The racing chair itself is made of breathable ActFit material, which is comfortable and cool, and does not feel muggy during a long period of racing. It also has six different height adjustments, and the chairs are held together by X-adapt hinges, which are made of flow forged aluminum and are equipped with carbon steel frames and reinforced plastic connections. As a result, the chair is also easy to assemble and can be assembled together without any tools (except for the hex screws and wrenches that come with most furniture kits).

Playseat Challenge X supports Logitech's current three racing wheels, pedals and gear shifters, which should also be suitable for non-Logitech brand racing products.

Perhaps the biggest drawback of Playseat Challenge X is its price, which is $299 (CTOnews.com Note: currently about 2186 yuan). But in mock racing, $299 is not high, and a complete chassis and seat usually costs $600 or more (such as Logitech's own Playseat Trophy Logitech G Edition).
