CTOnews.com September 27 news, recently users reported that Apple Watch dial can not load weather information, Apple today provided two possible solutions.

Since watchOS 10 was released, Apple Watch users have complained about weather glitches, affecting both watchOS 10 and watchOS 10.0.1. Blank spaces are displayed where the dial should display weather data, but users can click on the weather app to see weather information normally.

In a new support document called "If Apple Watch's Weather Function Isn't Working", Apple recommends that affected users try the following:

Reset iPhone Settings On your iPhone, open the Settings app and tap Privacy & Security-> Location Services.

Scroll down and click Weather.

Under "Allow Targeted Access," click "Never," then click on your original settings.

Check if the problem is resolved.

If weather data still doesn't load, Apple recommends trying the following steps:

On your iPhone, open the Settings app and tap General-> Transfer or Reset iPhone.

Click Reset-> Reset Location & Privacy.

If prompted, enter your password and reset it.

Check if the problem is resolved.

CTOnews.com previously reported that Apple also released a new watchOS 10.0.2 update today, which was initially thought to fix the weather feature issue, but some users found that the issue was not resolved after the update.
