Zhou Yaping believes that in order to achieve a break in the music content industry, it is still necessary to strengthen the industry's anti-monopoly and promote the full remuneration of recording producers, specifically from three aspects:

First, strengthen the anti-monopoly supervision of the super Internet platform and take effective measures to make the platform return to the platform. The super Internet platform has formed a strong control and influence on the music content industry by monopolizing data, traffic, algorithms and other resources. Second, to enhance the non-economic function of copyright collective management organizations, representing the equality of the majority of small and medium-sized rights holders and communication giants. From the standpoint of the majority of small and medium-sized right holders, copyright collective management organizations should conduct equal dialogue and consultation with communication giants such as super Internet platforms, so as to safeguard the reasonable benefits and development space of small and medium-sized right holders in the digital environment.

Third, give full play to the economic function of copyright collective management organizations to achieve full remuneration for recording producers in areas such as live Internet broadcasting. Copyright collective management organizations should establish cooperative relations with communicators such as Internet live broadcast platforms to provide convenient, efficient and fair channels of remuneration for recording producers.
