CTOnews.com, September 27 (Xinhua)-- according to SonyAlphaRumors, the Sony α 9 Ⅲ may be equipped with a brand new 44MP sensor, which will be Sony's fastest Alpha series camera ever, but will not be released between November and January next year.

According to previous reports from CTOnews.com, Sony released a new 4400-megapixel sensor in April, which has the ability to shoot 8K60P and 4K120P and supports up to 26 consecutive shots per second.

Recently, it has been reported that the Sony α 9 Ⅲ camera will indeed use a "brand new stacking sensor", and it will be Sony's fastest Alpha series camera in history, but considering that it is close to the α Ⅰ specification, foreign media think that Sony may not give the alpha 9 Ⅲ application the 4400 megapixel sensor released in the first half of the year, unless Sony will launch a 60-megapixel A1 Ⅱ next year.
