CTOnews.com Sept. 26, Faraday Future (FF) announced today that the company's board of directors has appointed Scott Graziano as the global attorney general, who will be based at the company's headquarters in Gardiner, Los Angeles, effective immediately. Graziano will report to the CEO of FF and become a member of the company's executive team.

According to the announcement, Graziano has many years of working experience in the legal departments of a number of listed companies in the United States and top law firms in the world. Prior to joining FF, Graziano worked at Healthpeak Properties, Inc. (NYSE: PEAK) from October 2015 to September 2023, and served as Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of the Division since February 2017. Prior to joining Healthpeak, he was Director of Securities and Corporate Governance at Western Digital Corporation (NASDAQ:WDC). Prior to that, he worked as a lawyer at O'Melveny & Myers LLP in Newport, California and its Shanghai office in China from November 2004 to January 2015, and at Shearman & Sterling LLP in New York City from September 2000 to November 2004. Mr. Graziano holds a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of California, San Diego, a J.D. Degree from Georgetown University's Law Center, and a bar practice in California and New York State.

FF said that with the addition of Scott, the company will continue to strengthen the organization and capacity of the global legal team. "Mr. Graziano will be an important member of our management team and will bring a wealth of experience to FF at a critical time for the company to focus on accelerating production of FF 91 and continuing with the first deliveries of FF 91 2.0." Chen Xuefeng, current global CEO of FF, said, "Scott joined FF with his rich legal expertise in listed companies, and his extensive understanding of complex global business and legal issues will make him a powerful complement to FF's executive team."

As previously reported by CTOnews.com, Faraday Future FF recently announced a number of executive changes, appointing Matthias Aydt, who has worked at FF for many years, as the global CEO of FF, effective September 29, 2023. At the same time, XF, the current global CEO of FF, will be based in China from September 29, 2023 and will continue to serve as the CEO of FF China and the executive vice president of global industrialization of FF.

At the same time, FF announced management stock purchase plans, including Matthias Aydt, founder and chief product and ecosystem officer of FF, YT Jia, founder and chief product and ecosystem officer of FF, XF Chen, executive vice president of global industrialization and CEO of China, acting chief financial officer Jonathan Maroko and chief accounting officer Yun Han. And other executives and management members have voluntarily signed a salary deduction and stock purchase agreement.
