On September 25, the launch of Huawei's autumn full scene new products was held in Shenzhen. During the press conference, Yu Chengdong, managing director of Huawei, terminal BG CEO and chairman of smart car solution BU, shared the latest progress of HarmonyOS: after the release of HarmonyOS 4, more than 60 million users have been upgraded in just more than a month, making it the fastest version of HarmonyOS in history. It also announced that the new Hongmeng HarmonyOS NEXT is ready to launch and the Hongmeng native application is fully launched, which is a new chapter in the mobile application ecology. Huawei has trained millions of Hongmeng talents and will invest 10 billion yuan to support the development of partners, covering 18 areas of applications. The HarmonyOS NEXT developer preview will be available to developers in the first quarter of 2024. Huawei hopes to work with more partners and developers to accelerate the creation of smoother, smarter and more secure Hongmeng native applications.

For HarmonyOS NEXT, Huawei has newly developed the original Hongmeng kernel, the native intelligence blessed by the large model, the subversive performance and power consumption of the Ark engine, and brought full-link tools for developers. HarmonyOS NEXT will promote Hongmeng's native application development at full speed. In terms of distributed full-scene experience development, HarmonyOS NEXT also has unique advantages, such as one-time development, multi-terminal deployment, separable integration, free flow, unified ecology and native intelligence.

At present, Huawei has fully cooperated with partners and developers in 18 fields, including social networking, audio and video, games, information, and finance. HarmonyOS has built differentiation advantages in terms of HarmonyOS NEXT's unique full-scene distributed experience, native intelligence, pure security, and large model AI interaction, leading the industry in an all-round way.

In order to better help partners grow, during HDC 2023, Huawei officially released Hongmeng Ecological Partnership Development Plan-Hongfei Plan, announcing that it will invest 10 billion yuan in the next three years to provide partners with all-round resource support, including technical support, marketing, business cooperation, etc., so that each partner will become the protagonist of Hongmeng Ecology.

Huawei has also cooperated with more than 300 universities across the country. There are more than 140 industry-university cooperation projects in Hongmeng, more than 70,000 Hongmeng School certificates have been issued, and a total of more than 3.5 million people have participated in various developer activities. Recently, the Ministry of Education-Huawei "Smart Base" industry-education integration collaborative education base 2.0 has been launched. in the future, the two sides will cooperate with 72 universities to train Hongmeng talents to promote the prosperity and development of Hongmeng ecology.
