On September 23, the unveiling ceremony of "TCL Photovoltaic low carbon Campus" was successfully held in No.1 Middle School in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia Autonomous region. Bao Gang, member of the standing Committee of the Party Committee of Inner Mongolia Autonomous region and Secretary of the Hohhot Municipal CPC Committee, Zhang Haifeng, Deputy Secretary of the Hohhot Municipal CPC Committee, Wang Wenmei, Director of the Education Bureau of Hohhot, Ma Bo, Party Committee Secretary and Principal of Hohhot No. 1 Middle School, Wei Xue, Vice President of TCL Technology Group and Chairman of TCL Public Welfare Association, Jiang Yun, Deputy General Manager of TCL Central New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., and Chairman of Tianjin Central New Energy Co., Ltd. TCL public welfare will carry out customized photovoltaic low-carbon campus construction for urban schools in a new way of social value investment, and actively respond to the United Nations global goal of sustainable development from the practice of full-scene application and systematic upgrading of photovoltaic technology. Roof Photovoltaic Power Generation system of No.1 Middle School in Hohhot completed

At present, the "TCL photovoltaic low-carbon campus" has been built in 20 schools across the country, and the technology and system are constantly upgrading. The project entered the city school for the first time and officially landed in Hohhot No.1 Middle School. TCL will use TCL Central "G12 + tile" and other photovoltaic technology to create a new sustainable and systematic photovoltaic learning model that integrates "cutting-edge technology + dual-carbon practice + diversified scenarios + popular science education". It is understood that the project has an installed capacity of 183.15 kilowatts and is expected to generate 270,000 kilowatt-hours of green electricity every year. Photovoltaic systems have reduced carbon dioxide emissions by more than 6722.98 tons over the past 25 years, equivalent to planting 366300 trees, maximizing the potential of photovoltaic campuses with the strong support of photovoltaic technology.

Wei Xue, vice president of TCL Technology Group and chairman of TCL Public Welfare Association, said that the construction of "TCL photovoltaic low-carbon campus" is an important public welfare practice that actively responds to the sustainable development goals of the United Nations. The purpose of creating a new photovoltaic aid model is to promote the promotion of the concept of green education and further convey the concept of green to every young people through the development of photovoltaic science lecture halls and visiting practical courses in the photovoltaic industrial park.

On the afternoon of the 23rd, nine "TCL photovoltaic low-carbon campuses" in Hohhot and Ringer County also completed the licensing ceremony. TCL will donate rooftop photovoltaic power generation systems and its 25-year power generation revenue to 9 rural schools in Helinger County, and the proceeds will be used for school environmental construction and student financial aid.

"TCL Photovoltaic low-carbon Campus" creates a new model of systematic photovoltaic aid, which aims to cover diversified scenes and photovoltaic environmental protection education peers on the basis of donated photovoltaic roof power generation systems in rural and urban areas.
