At present, the oil field has reached the scale of nearly 10,000 square meters of crude oil per day.

According to CCTV news, Kenli 6-1 oilfield is located in the southern Bohai Sea, with proven oil reserves of more than 100 million tons. It is the first large lithologic oil field with 100 million tons of lithology discovered by shallow exploration in Laibei low uplift in the Bohai Sea.

The drilling and development project of the oil field consists of three blocks, and a total of 177 wells have been drilled on 9 drilling platforms. At the same time, it is also a development project with the largest scale, the shortest time and the largest number of platforms in offshore drilling in China.

At the same time, it is also the first oil field in the domestic sea area to use shore electricity to power the drilling platform. It uses the shore power of the power grid to replace the traditional diesel power generation of offshore drilling rigs, which can significantly reduce diesel consumption and effectively reduce carbon dioxide emissions: a single platform can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by nearly 10,000 tons per year.

CTOnews.com previously reported that the Bozhong-Kenli Oilfield Group Offshore Power Application Project reached a key milestone in December last year: China's largest offshore power application project, 220kV / 110kV high voltage submarine cable and three offshore power platforms.

The transmission of power from land substations to offshore stations is an important node in the construction of shore power application projects. Through the introduction of 220 kV high voltage of the State Grid, the land substation is transferred to the offshore substation and converted into 35 kV AC power used by the offshore production platform to provide kinetic energy for the production and life of the maintenance platform.
