According to reports, as the core of the Ziguang Intelligent Terminal Industrial Park project, the factory will gradually realize the shipment of 4.5 million sets of intelligent computing terminals in stages, with an estimated annual revenue of 10 billion yuan. The factory will realize high-speed production, customized production, safe production, automatic warehousing and logistics and the construction of zero-carbon smart park.

In addition, Ziguang issued the "Major Asset purchase Plan of Ziguang Co., Ltd." in May this year, which intends to purchase its 48% stake in Xinhua 3 Group Co., Ltd. from H3C Holdings Limited through its wholly-owned subsidiary Ziguang International Information Technology Co., Ltd. and 1% stake in Xinhua 3 Group Co., Ltd. from Izar Holding Co in the form of cash payment.
