CTOnews.com Sept. 23, Samsung recently launched a new Screen Hide feature (requires OneUI 6 and above) to put the screen into a low-power state with an application front-end running.

The function interface is somewhat similar to the screen display. Samsung demonstrated that when Samsung TV Plus watches a live broadcast, if users want to hear only sound or other scene requirements, they can enable this feature to turn off the screen. Samsung said that this feature can reduce power consumption and help cool down.

1. Visit Galaxy Store, download the Good Guardians application, and choose to open "Battery Guardian".
