A paralyzed website, which was built with DEDE dream weaving, was forced to shut down because it was hung up before. fortunately, the program has been backed up, the database has been restored and cleaned, and after the DEDE system upgrade, the home page is blank.

Resolution process:

1. After getting the administrator user password, log in to the dede background and find that the column information is blank. At first, it is suspected that the database information has been cleaned up. Later, it is found that there are two column tables in the database, but the prefix is different. Later, by looking up the online information, it is found that dede can be customized during installation, and the default is the table at the beginning of dede_, so it is suspected that the database connection table may be wrong.

2. Find the database connection configuration file data/common.inc.php of dede, and modify each parameter.

Open the home page information display is normal, the background management column list is also restored!

3. Restore the user's original website template

Find the original backup website folder, from the templets/ folder, find the original template folder, the existing default is default, for example, there is a folder called dt, which contains a variety of htm files, this may be the user's original template. (in another case, when users use the new template, they directly overwrite the contents of the default folder, and then they can copy default directly.)

Name the template folder as you need, such as "dt", upload it to the templets/ directory of the website, enter the dede background, in the "system"-"system basic parameters"-"default style" input box, modify the original default to dt. (if you overwrite default directly, there is no need to modify it here.)

Then click "generate"-"one button to update the site", and then click "Update system cache" (description: when I operate, the column file is always replaced in error, and later found to have no impact), browse the website to open the column to see if the list is normal, pay attention to click the refresh button to force the local cache to refresh.

At this point, the style opens the basic recovery.

4. Synchronize uploads folders

After the page style restoration, found that many home page pictures and article pictures can not be displayed, because users upload pictures or post articles, I save in the uploads directory, find the website backup files, ftp upload to the server, all replace the files in the uploads directory.
