The new features of Win11 Build 23550 are as follows: enable Voice Access in the first boot setup (OOBE) Microsoft has expanded the scope of Voice Access in the Win11 Build 23550 preview to navigate through the OOBE interface. Users can click the accessibility flyout in the lower right corner of the screen, and then click enable Voice Access.

CTOnews.com Note: networking is required to enable this feature. Once voice access is enabled, you can navigate OOBE, insert passwords using the on-screen keyboard, enter text using dictation, and control the cursor using numbers and grid overrides.

Change: the September 2023 update for [Windows Subsystem for Linux] Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL) is coming soon, and network improvements are included in the latest Insider Preview version. Please refer to this blog post for more details.

Fix: [general] fixed crashes of explorer.exe and start menu in recent versions.

[file Manager] fixed flickering when photo album thumbnails were scrolling.

[start menu] fixed an issue where some icons were not displayed correctly in the start menu recommendation area.

[search on the taskbar] fixed an issue where the magnifying glass did not display correctly when the search was set to search icons and tags.

[task Manager] fixed an issue where the dialog box incorrectly indicates that kernel memory dumps are being collected when collecting process memory dumps.

Fixed an issue where some Insider members encountered task manager failure to start.
