CTOnews.com September 22 news, Microsoft in this morning's Surface event, announced that it will start November 1, to launch AI assistant Microsoft 365 Copilot to enterprise customers.

For Microsoft 365 E3, E5, Business Standard, and Business Premium subscribers, Microsoft 365 Copilot costs $30 per user per month (CTOnews.com Note: Currently approximately RMB 219).

Microsoft also released supplemental support documentation today announcing the Microsoft 365 Copilot plug-in program and plans to share more details at Ignite November 14 - 17.

Microsoft says in its documentation that companies create a lot of plug-ins through tools such as the Teams information extension, the Power Platform connector, and the Microsoft Graph connector.

The documentation shows travel company Amadeus, which created plug-ins to reduce application switching time and improve productivity, and Wells Fargo, which uses natural language to query system health and diagnostics for specific services.

CTOnews.com previously reported that with Microsoft 365 Copilot, business users can aggregate documents or delegate tasks such as writing emails to this AI assistant, which can also use information from other files to create brand new Word projects, or provide real-time highlights of Teams meetings, provide visual data or make predictions, and even tell users how to perform certain actions in Excel.
