If the invoice value of the car purchase is less than 100000 yuan (excluding), the subsidy is 1000 yuan per car.

If the invoice value of the car purchase ranges from 100000 yuan (inclusive) to 200000 yuan (excluding), the subsidy is 3000 yuan per car.

If the invoice value of the car purchase is more than 200000 yuan (inclusive), the subsidy is 5000 yuan per car.

The above invoices for car purchase shall be subject to the total amount of price and tax in the unified invoice for motor vehicle sales (vehicle decoration, listing and other expenses shall not be included).

Application method:

Applicants download and log on to "Cloud Flash App"-"2023 Xi'an New Energy vehicle consumption subsidy" platform, fill in the relevant information as prompted by the system, and upload the following information: car buyer's ID card; unified invoice for motor vehicle sales; motor vehicle driving license (main and secondary pages); motor vehicle registration certificate (page 1 and 2); personal bank account information.

According to the procedure of the preliminary examination of the system and the review of the third party, the application materials are examined in batches, and the results of the vehicles that meet the subsidy conditions are publicized through the official website of Xi'an Municipal Bureau of Commerce (the publicity time is 5 working days). After the publicity period expires and there is no objection, the subsidy shall be issued to the applicant's bank account according to the publicity result.

The conditions for applying for consumption subsidy for new energy vehicles:

Chinese residents over the age of 16 are registered in Xi'an to purchase new energy passenger cars (non-personal cars and used cars are not included in this subsidy).

The time for car purchase is from September 21, 2023 to 150 million yuan (subject to the time of unified invoice for motor vehicle sales).

Complete the registration and obtain the license plate before January 15, 2024 (subject to the date of registration of the motor vehicle driving license), and complete the data declaration before January 31 and ensure that the information is correct.

Conditions for participating enterprises: new energy vehicle sales enterprises registered in Xi'an above the quota in the library (referred to as limited automobile sales enterprises).
