Pei Feng revealed that Juwan Technical Research's headquarters and first production base, located in Nansha, Guangzhou, will begin construction in 2022, and the above-mentioned ultra-fast rechargeable battery factory will be officially put into production next month.

▲ Tuyuan Juwan Technical Research, according to the following introduction, the overall planned production capacity of the project "Juwan Technical Research and Energy Storage device and system production Base" is 8GWh / year, which has the ability to match 120000 new energy vehicles, covering an area of about 189000 square meters, including cell production workshop, battery safety experiment workshop, test workshop, trial production workshop, PACK workshop and so on. After completion, it will focus on the R & D and production of XFC (eXtreme Fast Charging) extremely fast battery, new energy storage battery and PACK integrated system.

The battery independently developed by the company takes only 7.5 minutes to charge from 0 to 80 per cent, with a maximum charging power of 480kW and a range of 400km to 500km.

The Phoenix battery uses thermal management technology, which increases the heat transfer area by 18 times compared with the traditional scheme, and the battery temperature can be increased from-20 ℃ to + 25 ℃ in 5 minutes; the battery uses a multi-in-one magazine structure, and the volume utilization rate of the system reaches 75%; built-in cooling technology, the limit thermal runaway experiment does not catch fire for 48 hours.
