CTOnews.com Ten years ago, the Internet Archive announced the launch of The Emulation Station, a collection of outdated apps and games that, through emulators such as EMULARITY, allow users to access and experience directly through their browsers.

The Internet Archive recently released a press release saying that after 10 years of accumulation, the project has collected more than 250000 software and games.

These projects include content from Console Demos, Console Living Room, Handheld History, Internet Arcade, Software Library, Calculator Drawer, Winamp skins, Flash animation, and more.
