According to X user Revegnus, Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy scored 7400 in the multicore test of Geekbench 6. This score is amazing because the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy processor on the Galaxy S23 series has a multicore running score of 4975 in Geekbench 6, which means that the multicore performance of the new processor has improved by up to 49%.

It is worth mentioning that this running score is likely to be the running score of the early engineering aircraft, which means that the running score of the new aircraft may be higher after it is officially launched.

However, CTOnews.com noticed that the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy chip had previously appeared in the GeekBench run library, using a design of 1 super large core + 3 large core + 2 medium core + 2 small core, with a single core running score of 2233 and a multi-core running score of 6661, which is not consistent with the latest exposure score.

According to digital blogger @ Digital chat site, Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 is designed with 1x5x2, in which the super core is Cortex-X4, the frequency is as high as 3.19GHz, the large core is 5 Cortex-A720 cores, the frequency is 2.96GHz, the small core is 2 Cortex-A520 cores, and the frequency is 2.27GHz Adreno 750GPU.
