China Mobile's total number of mobile service subscribers reached 986 million in August, with a net increase of 474,000 in the month; among them, the number of 5G package subscribers reached 733 million, compared with 726 million in July, with a net increase of 6.844 million in the month.

China Mobile's cable broadband subscribers reached 290 million in August, a net increase of 2.281 million in the month.

China Unicom accumulated 947 million "big connection" subscribers in August, including 243 million 5G package subscribers and 238 million in July, with a net increase of 4.89 million in the month.

China Telecom's cable broadband subscribers reached 188 million in August, a net increase of 910,000 in the month; the number of fixed-line telephone subscribers reached 102 million in August, a net decrease of 420,000 in the month.
