4. The two sides plan that the areas below the villages and towns of Hercynian, Guoluo, Yushu and Golmud are 700m different network roaming areas, which will jointly promote 700m different network roaming work.

5. We will continue to deepen the integration of 4G network resources and the work of co-dimension and co-optimization, and achieve the goal of "reducing quantity, improving quality and increasing efficiency".

The next step, the two sides will promote the province's low-frequency network base stations to enjoy, and finally achieve full sharing. At the same time, actively negotiate to promote the upgrading of Unicom 900m to 10m NR, Telecom 800m to maintain 10m LTE, later according to the network evolution to open 10M+10M NR, and pay close attention to the 5G construction window, give full play to the advantages of low-frequency network coverage, quickly complete the construction of 5G low-frequency base network, jointly promote the high-quality development of Qinghai communications industry, and make new contributions to Qinghai's economic and social development.
