CTOnews.com Sept. 20, Fedora 39 Beta image is released today. Users can download different desktop environment versions such as KDE Plasma,Xfce and Cinnamon according to their preferences. The official version is expected to be released by the end of October.

Fedora 39 Beta version mainly updates the DNF package manager and optimizes the Anaconda user interface.

In this update, Fedora Workstation 39 Beta comes with the latest GNOME 45 desktop environment and integrates with LibreOffice version 7.6. Fedora Cloud is optimized for AWS mirrors, using cost-effective gp3 storage volumes by default.

Fedora 39 Beta also updated GNU Toolchain with gcc 13.2, binutils 2.40, glibc 2.38, and gdb 13.2.
